Guest/Visitor Parking:
Washington Square Towers 1&2 have a very limited amount of guest parking stalls available. Please refer to the seven(7) guest parking stalls at the entrance of the private parking garage. Rules below:
- All visitors must register at the Concierge Desk
- NO parking in the red zones or fire lanes
- Under NO circumstances may a Unit Owner or Resident park in Guest Parking, even temporarily, without prior authorization
- Vehicles are subject to a four(4) hour limit per day – up to four(4) times in a two(2) week period
- NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
- No retail parking
***Please be advised that any violation of these are subject to immediate towing without further notice to the Unit Owner, Resident, or their invitee or guest.
Garbage/Recycle/Compost Pick-up:
The recycle bins, compost bin & extra trash cans are located on the main floor of each tower in the loading dock area. For more information on what goes in each bin please refer to the City of Bellevue Official Site.
- Garbage (Trash Compactor) = Every other Wednesday
- Recycle (Blue Bins – 3 per tower) = Every Monday & Friday
- Compost (Green Bin) = To be confirmed with facility manager
Pet Policy Reminder:
As a reminder, all dogs are to be leashed when outside your home within our community. We would also like to remind all dog owners to clean up immediately after their pets.

Storage, Unit & Mail Box Key:
The association is not responsible for key distribution. The previous owner should give you all the required keys at the close of escrow. If you lose the key you will be responsible for contacting a locksmith:
