Shower Pan Inspection

*M&L is a trusted vendor at Washington Square and will NOT be escorted into each unit
What: This service will be paid by the Association, which is included in your monthly assessments. This maintenance is intended to assure the reliable operation of your individual equipment and detect any issues that may need repairs. It will take approximately 15 minutes to service each shower and some units have more than one.
The following are some of the procedures involved:
*There are no options for arranging a specific time for resident & No staff escorting
Check (4) corners of the shower pan for leaking
Check for missing grout/broken seal on shower pan & about around the shower bench
Spray sealant to cover (Let the sealant dry for 24 hours).
If there are additional issues M&L Industries will tell us right away & leave a flyer in the unit with a quote for additional work needed.
When: Every other year around March.
Additional Information: Clear everything off the floor of the shower(s). Once completed let the shower floor dry for 24 hours.
