Parking/Fire Lane Information

Guest/Visitor Parking:

Washington Square Towers 1&2 have very limited amount of guest parking stalls available. Please refer to the seven(7) guest parking stalls in the entrance of the private parking garage. Rules below:

1. All visitors must register at the Concierge Desk
2. NO parking in the red zones or fire lanes
3. Under NO circumstances may a Unit Owner or Resident park in Guest Parking, even temporarily, without prior authorization
4. Vehicles are subject to a four(4) hour limit per day – up to four(4) times in a two(2) week period
5. NO OVERNIGHT PARKING
6. No retail parking

***Please be advised that any violation of these are subject to immediate towing without further notice to the Unit Owner, Resident, or their invitee or guest.

City of Bellevue Parking Information:

1. Parking for over 24 hours on the same street in the City of Bellevue without moving your vehicle to a different city block, may result in your vehicle to be impounded (BCC 11.23.020)
2. Parking less than 30 feet from a stop sign, or 20 feet from a crosswalk may result in a citation (RCW 46.61.570)
3. Parking Partially or fully parked on a sidewalk may result in a citation (RCW 46.61.570)
4. Parking Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant may result in a citation (RCW 46.61.570)
5. Parking In a fire lane – citation $100 (BCC 23.11.503)
6. Parking Facing the opposite direction of the flow of traffic may result in a citation (RCW 46.61.575)
7. Parking more than 12 inches from the curb may result in a citation (RCW 46.61.575)
8. Parking when “No Parking Anytime” signs are present or when “Time-Limit” restrictions are exceeded may result in a citation
