Private EV Car Charging Information
Private charging stations are exclusively for Homeowners/Residents ONLY.
These charging stalls are available from 10 PM to 6 AM located on the ground floor of Tower 2 (Within the visitor’s parking). All residents intending to use these EV charging stalls need to register their e-mail addresses with the concierge team prior to their first use. Anyone attempting to use the system without registering beforehand will get an “access denied” message on their app.
Rates: The rate is $0.10 per kWh when charging during registered hours (10 PM to 6 AM).
A fine of $150 per hour rate will occur to any electric vehicle using the charging stations from 6 AM to 10 PM.
NO EXCEPTIONS. These charges are automatic through the Go-Station EV Charging App.
